Open Saturday Schedules:   Although we do our best to make sure the schedule is updated sometimes a class is cancelled or the gym closes for reasons beyond our control.  Please check your email before you leave for the gym or contact one of the coaches listed above.  We appologize in advance for any inconveniences.

PLEASE NOTE

Beginning on June 1st the times for Open Tumbling on Saturdays will change for the summer.  In addition, there are skills requirements for attendance at either of the two Running Tumbling Sessions.

PLEASE NOTE

Only USASF tumbling skills may be performed in this facility.  No double or triple front or back flips and no tripple twisting skills are permitted.  The instructor is in charge at all times and all participants must follow his/her directions.  Proper sneakers must be worn at all times along with appropriate tumbling attire.
