Who are the USA Stars?

The USA Stars is a non-profit corporation that provides participants with the training and venues to compete as an all-star cheerleader. Girls and boys ages 6 through 18 work together and learn to stunt, cheer, jump, dance, and tumble, in an elaborately choreographed routine, to music specifically customized to fit the performance. These routines are only 2 minutes and 30 seconds long, but are packed with high energy movement and a variety of difficult stunts that dazzle the spectators and, hopefully, impress the judges. Complicated pyramids, breathtaking basket tosses, and tightly timed transitions become routine fare for every cheerleader who becomes an all-star... and fear... that word just isn’t in their vocabulary.

SATURDAY TUMBLING

is now

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!

Non-Stars cheerleaders can now take advantage of our new spring floor and air-conditioned facility to get some extra tumbling practice and instruction.

For non-Stars participants there is a once-a-year $25 registration fee. The Saturday sessions are $10 per person when ever you come. A registration form must be filled out and signed by a parent or guardian BEFORE you can be on the floor

We offer three different sessions on Saturday Mornings

Session One from 10:00 am to 11:00 am for beginners to those with a back hand spring

Session Two from 11:00 to Noon for solid back handsprings through advanced tumbling skills

Session Three from Noon to 1:30 pm for standing tumbling from beginners through tucks.

There is also an advanced session on the following Mondays: July 26th and August 2nd, 9th and 16th from 6:30 - 8:00 pm. You need a UNSPOTTED round-off back handspring tuck or better to attend this class.

PLEASE NOTE: only USASF sanctioned tumbling for cheerleading is permitted... no double or triple front or back tucks EVER! All participants must follow the directions of USA Stars coaches in charge during all sessions.

Sneakers must be worn at all times along with appropriate tumbling attire.
